Repost: possible STD? Or something else from my own stupidity?

I made a mistake, I drank too much at a party and had sex with someone I don't know. The sad thing is I was a virgin before this. Luckily there was protection. I was so scared that I might have contracted an std because of oral and skin to skin contact. 15 days after exposure I tested negative for Chlymidiah, gonoria, syphilis, and hiv. I was seriously nervous about herpes type II. I got tested and the same time, 15 days, results came back negative. No signs or symptoms. Since the possible exposure I was so nervous about contracting herpes. From day 2 to day 16 I was taking lysine as a precaution. I was also idiotically swabbing my genitals with alcohol wipes thinking I could try and prevent an infection. This wasn't an everyday task. 0n day 20 I posted a similar post on here about my concern for possible infection because I was experiencing redness/irritation around my genital area. I was told not to worry, probably the alcohol wipes. I stopped worrying and stupid me masturabated. A few hours later I noticed bruising on the left side of my penis. It looked as though I had popped a blood vessel.  For the next four days I noticed discomfort on the side of my penis. So I Have been using a heat compress, taking oatmeal baths,  and using neosporin to reduce the irritation. The bruising and redness has subsided. However, I have been feeling like I have to urinate a lot. When I urinate, I feel a little burning, but I feels more like my urethra is a little swollen. This could explain the discomfort. I'm thinking I might have a bladder infection or UTI, but I have a normal temperature, no cloudy or bloody urine, and no back or lower abdominal pain. This is day 25 after possible exposure. Am I still overthinking this? Could it still be an STD? My tests came back negative. Or, is it just irritation from the alcohol wipes and then masterbating too hard. Please don't think I'm an idiot. I'm scared and want to hear what you think.

Cowboy1991, I went to the dr. It turned out to be a UTI. He prescribed me pyridium and levoflaxin. I have been getting better. Because of the infection my meatus got irritated and the skin around it. The skin was raised and a little bumpy. I was nervous that I got warts. I talked to a dermatologist online and he thinks that it's molloscum contagiosun. I'm going to see another Dr. Soon. We love to here someone's input on this.
