Retrograde ejeculation

Retrograde ejeculation

I'am 63 and sexually active. Girlfriend is much younger. Due to time contstrains on occasions, can hardly make it twice under 4 hrs. When time allows can handle it every few hours but without rush. However, after the first time, subseuent performances take longer to ejeculate and volume is always very low. My testosterone level is not abnormal. So what can I do to improve my overall performance including that of ejeculation?

You may want to be evaluated for any systemic diseases that can cause a change in ejaculation.  This can include diabetes as well as various neurological diseases.

Other considerations would be evaluating the prostate for enlargement as well as anatomical abnormalities (i.e. urethral stricture or polyp).  A thorough digital rectal exam to evaluate the prostate as well as a cystoscopy can be considered.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
