Role of pubococcygeus muscle in urination

Im 24 years old. I have Had similar symptoms for the past 6 months, urinary frequency, bladder pressure, pelvic pain, testicle pain, etc. I feel i may have pulled a muscle maybe the pubococcygeus muscle. One night i vomited hard and felt a pulling inward sensation above my penis, not sore but strange, my symptoms arrived two days later. My urologist checked my prostate and bladder internally with scope and they look normal, no infection, prostate not enlarged. Tried antibiotics with no success. Does this sound like a muscle strain, would kegal exercises, massage, acupuncture etc help!?
