Hey doc, I about a year ago I was rough with my penis. I was practicing out those stretching exercises you can find all over the net these days. They're called penis enlargement exercises. According to the sites, I must have applied too much pressure on the dorsal nerve on the top of the penis while stretching. I suppose one day I was really rough with it, and the next day my penis glans went numb! It was numb for about a week. Then feeling returned but less than usual. Over time the sensation on the glans has definitely gotten better, but it is still not up where it used to be. I would like to know if I'm stuck with this lowered sensation for life, or if it will continue to get better? Is it permanent? Thank you

After rough ejaculation without any lubricant I fear I may have nerve damage in my penis. My first symptom was pain in my penis for days, sometimes I would have difficulties with errections and now a side of my penis has gone numb, the string thing on my skin and I don't know what to do, should I take action immediately or will it cause permanent damage? Or should I wait a couple weeks for it to heal? Please help
Jelqing can cause serious damage to the erectile tissue, skin, and nerves of the penis - and it does nothing to make the penis bigger. Some men have been able to restore penile sensation caused by rough handling by using a penis health creme.
