STONE STUCK

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL BLADDER INFECTIONS IN THE LAST FEW MONS, WHICH IS NOT NORMAL, BUT I WAS BORN WITH.. MCKD.. I HAVE PASTED STONES BEFORE BUT I FEEL THIS ONE IS STUCK IN OR AROUND MY VAGINA LIPS, IF I HAD TESTICLES MY RIGHT ONE WOULD BE HURTING VERY BAD.. FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS, I TRY PUSHING REALLY HARD WHEN I GO TO THE BATHROOM. BUT NOTHING COMES OUT. I HAVE NO HEALTH INS, WHAT SHOULD I DO??
