Sclerosing lymphangitis Treatmeant

I am a 20yr old male. I am in a sexually monogamous relationship and I always wear protection with my girlfriend. About a week ago i found a small hard lump under the skin on the upper shaft of my penis. The best way of explaining it is a vein that is on steroids that just showed up! Its not painful but sometimes can cause minor discomfort. After looking on the internet I am convinced that this is not an STD since I have always worn a condom, in fact i am quite certain that the condition is Sclerosing lymphangitis. I am just looking for suggestions on how to treat this condition.
