Scrotum Size Reduction

Can an elastrator be used to reduce the size of the scrotum without harming the testis (given a vasectomy a couple decades ago as well as retractile testis)?

Hi,
I will not suggest doing the elastration as it definitely damages the scrotum along with the testes. It’s a common and simple method used for castration of the livestock. I will not suggest using the elastrator for you as it may harm the testes. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
