Hello,
Don’t feel embarrassed to consult a dermatologist. With these methods like a cord, you will have self inflicted injuries only. They are not going to help you but you may harm yourself with such methods.
What you seem to be having is a sebaceous cyst.Pls don’t try such methods as it may cause injuries and complicate the picture. Generally no treatment is required for a sebaceous cyst but if they become painful or are unsightly then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.Pls consult a dermatologist and get it done.
Hope it helps.Take care and regards.
