Secretions (semen or something colourless) during Urination!

Im experiencing secretions through urine and every time i get erected. Is this the problem of my down health? I'm suffering health problems for 5 years could someone help me please? my age is 23 male. I think this is caused my high rate of masturbation and watching porn movies careless diet less exercise.
