Semen Discharge while having a bowel movement
I have seen questions about this one but I have a question about it and background. I have noticed when I go on vacaion and haven't masturbated and ejaculated in a few days-weeks, i will have this problem when I have a bowel movement.My question is, is it just because my body is used to releasing the semen so it makes more and it needs to be released, or is there an underlying issue here.

hi i have this problem of semen discharge sometimes more than once a day i went to see a specialist and he told me it was normal but it make me feel tired as if i had sex three times a day but it was a mental distress not noing the problem prostate cancer crossed my mind and i was worried, now it is a relief knoing it is normal for many man and it took my woories away
