First, I’m in my mid-forties. I have been experiencing seminal leakage while having a bowel movement. I have been celibate for a few months including no masturbation if that matters. I have seen seminal leakage here and there since high school, but I always assumed that it was because I had recently had sex or masturbated. Anyway, I’m a little concerned because it has been happening a little more frequently and unlike before there is more than just one drop in the toilet. It’s not like there is an amount comparable to an ejaculation, but there is more than a drop. Should I be worried.
