Seriously need som advice

it has been almost three weeks now since my encounter...here is the deal..this female and i had unprotected sex that lasted about 20 mins..the next day i just didnt feel right..might of been because i was hung over and felt guilty..i have recently gone through a break up and i am dealing with alot of stress and depression...now this has made it worse...here are my symptoms...the head of my penis is a little red..not like top layer skin like under the skin...through the day i get this little pinching sensation right in that area...also my testicals get the same pinching sensation right at the top..it last like 2 seconds then is gone...the girl has gone to get check and her doc told her she has no sign of anything inside or out...my doc said i have nothing to worry about and all my test came back negative..so what is the likely hood of me catching herpes from her and her not know she had it...and is it typical to have symptoms like this for three weeks with no blisters or any other symptoms???..is this all in my head??..it that likely i have just stressed and worried about it so much that i have hightened the senses in my penis and there for thats whats causing it to be red???...i need help please

STDs need to be ruled out. A urine test can be considered to evaluate for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
I would also consider a smear, culture, or blood test to rule out herpes. A rectal exam can evaluate the prostate for possible infection.
Blood tests should also be done to evaluate for HIV and syphillis as well.
If the symptoms continue, a referral to a urologist or dermatologist can be considered.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
