Severe Pain in Left Testicle

Hi Doctor i have a severe pain in my left testicle. the pain was started after i have a symptom of stone in my kidney. i had done lithotripsy treatment two months ago before my testicle pain and now i have no stone in my kidney. i have no problem of urine colour, no pain during urination and any other problem. the only problem i have faced for the last one week was severe pain in my left testicle.
Please give ur expert opinion as early as posible because i have not yet go to my doctor

Pain in testicle could be due to infection, like prostatitis, epididymitis or orchitis. Get a culture sensitivity test for both semen and urine done. Only orchitis will present with some redness and swelling in the testicular area. Also it could be due to referred pain of kidney stones. An ultrasound of the lower abdomen will be able to rule out kidney stones if they have occurred again or have moved down from kidney to ureter or bladder. It could be due to cancer of testis. It could be due to varicocele or spermatocele. An ultrasound of the testicles will diagnose cancer, varicocele and spermatocele.
An excruciating pain is often due to testicular torsion and needs surgical intervention ASAP to save the testis.
