Sex after prostate surgery

I had prostate surgery in Jan 2009.  I have some urine leakage but it continues to improve with Kegel exercises.  My question is; is it normal to ejaculate urine when climaxing or can that be prevented?

I would also like to know if using Detrol LA, Toviaz or Vesicare would help improve the level of incontinence or leakage?

Hi,

My doctor wanted me to take Vesicare and after only a week I experienced terrible side effects and stopped taking this drug.

I have been on Detrol La for several years now, and it does help for bladder spasms and urgency.

I have some leakage at times and either use pads or a condom catheter to deal with this.

I was ony 30 when I had a TURP and bladderneck incision. It took  a while before I regained some control over my bladder.
