I am a very fit 32 year old male, on no medications, that has experienced difficulty getting and maintaining erections for about a year and a half. It doesn't happen 100% of the time, but enough to be a problem. My libido seems to be good, but I have also experienced a a marked decrease in morning erections.
At about the same time this started I also noticed a decrease in appetite, and weight loss of about 6% of my body weight. I've been able to get my weight back up, but mostly by forced intake of calories, because my appetite has not returned.
Additionally, A few years ago I was diagnosed with
renalAcute kidney failure
Addison’s disease
Adrenal gland biopsy
Adrenalectomy
Cancer - renal pelvis or ureter
Catecholamines - blood
Chronic renal failure
Dialysis
End-stage kidney disease
Kidney diet - dialysis patients
Kidney stones insufficiency due to elevated
creatinineCreatinine clearance levels. I haven't had this rechecked in a few years (self employed and unable to get health insurance), but don't experience any problems with it.
I realize I need to see a physician but I'm wondering if there is an obvious link between the ED, appetite/weight loss and
renalAcute kidney failure

Thank you.
