Shooting nerve pain in erect penis

Whenever my penis gets erect, if I press on it in a certain spot (upper shaft, middle portion or tip of head) I feel a pain reminiscent of something like a pinched nerve.  This has been going on for a good 7 months now.  Sometimes my penis will get erect and there will be a more mild or subtle pain whereas at other times it really hurts badly.  Contracting the muscle in the penis also makes the head burn/hurt very bad for the first times, but after a while it seems like I adjust to the pain or it diminishes with persistence.  

I'm also a virgin and don't recall any damage to my male member so I am at loss for words at explaining how this problem came about.  Thanks

Its been 18 days since I've posted this.  Is there anyone that can help explain this condition for me?

Its only when my penis is erect and when I contract my muscles do I feel the pain (and when I press on the certain spot high up on the shaft).
