Shrunken Testi

Hi,
i am 21 yr old  living in Pakistan and i have been having lots of problems since past 5-6 yrs, It started with severe pain in LEFT KIDNEY  pain going till my LEFT TESTI and even swelling on LEFT TESTI, I was told by our family doctor that it is INFECTION caused by less intake of water, When ever i was  having such pain the doctor always kept me on pain killers and other medicines and the swelling never stayed for more then a day example: If i am having pain and swelling again on LEFT KIDNEY, LEFT TESTI and if i take Pain killer the very next day the swelling was gone and everythings ok

Few month a ago i again had that pain on my left but this time the pain was alote even the swelling on left testi was alote more then before , i was again on pain killers but the swelling this time stayed for atleast 15 days later when the swelling was gone i was back to my reguler life but just recently i noticed my left testi  is shrunken , i have already done Kindey ultra sound , Scortum Ultra Sound and urine culture and according to the reports no stone in kidney , no infection in urine and no symptoms of  Varicocele, I keep feeling cool sensation on left scortum but just for few seconds.. Can my shrunken test gt back to its normal size? Please advise something realy soon because i have started feelin stiff-ness on rite testi aswell  specialy when having erection or pressin for stool i am scared about my right testi aswell and id like to mention i am having proper erection and proper night falls..

Hi,
I’ll suggest you to get the size of your testicles evaluated by a surgical examination with the use of calipers and maybe by an ultrasound. If the size comes out to be normal, then there’s nothing much to worry.
I’ll be able to comment further only after the testicular size comes out to be below normal.
Moreover, since you have mentioned that erection/nightfalls are normal, I don’t presume there’s anything serious to be about.

Thank you so much for your quicke feed back , I have already done ultra sound following is the reports:

ULTRA SOUND EXAMINATION OF BOTH TESTES AND SCROTUM

RIGHT TESTIS:
Right testis is normal in size and shape , seen in scrotum . it measures 3.6 x 2.0cms , No mass or cystic area seen . Texture of right testis is normal . normal flow seen in right testis on color dopler . No calcification seen. No evidence of hydrocele on right side/

LEFT TESTIS:
Left testis is small and atrophic , measures 2.0 x 1.3cms . No mass or cystic area seen. Texture of left testis is normal . Normal flow seen in left testis on color dopler. No calcification seen. No evidence of hydroccele oon left side.

CONCLUSION:
LEFT TESTIS IS SMALL AND ATROPHIC , MEASURES 2.0 x 1.3cms
No evidence of varicocelle
Normal ultrasound of right testis
No lesion seen in kidney and urinary bladder.

These reports were done in april , i do not feel any diffrence in size yet in my left testis and its still shrunken but i repeat i keep feeling sensation in left one and again today my left kidney is in pain and feeling little pain in left testi again.

I forgot to mention i started taking homeopath for this matter but it caused me a very bad constipation so i stoped  and am still having constipation do you think this kidney and testiculer pain is related to constipation i am having?

heloo doc,

am sorry to post 3rd time but i am in a shock , i called up my doctor today and went to him because he wanted me to do more test for my shrunken testi , i am shoocked to see he wants me to have ANTI-HIV test ? imagine that he wants me to get ANTI HIV test for my shrunken testis? Is shrinked testi symptom of hiv? he is the same doctor whos is been saying my kidney and testiculer pain is jus infection caused by less in take of water and now after 3 years hes coming up and asking me to get ANTI HIV TEST? please help me out ....
