Size of Epididymis - Normal?

My left and right side of the epididymis doesn't match. One is slightly bigger than the other.

My left epididymis is slightly bigger than the right epididymis.

Right epididymis is measuring 1.0 x 0.7 cms
Left epididymis is measuring 1.2 x 0.9 cms

However, my right testicle is slightly bigger than the left testicle.

No focal lesions found in testicles or epididymis.

Is this normal? Though I have slight occassional groin pain (for years), my doctor is saying it is not epididymitis.
