Slight Tickle and Discharge

Slight tickle and discharge.  My penis has a slight tickle to the bottom of the shaft and the bottom of the head, like a tingle, no pain. No pain when I urinate but sometimes when I urinate it shoots out in 2 directions then goes into one stream.  The discharge looks like one little drop of sperm. I been having sex more then I usually have, sometimes 4 times a day.  Can it be that its been just to much sex?

Hello - thanks for asking your question.

The first consideration would be an STD or urinary tract infection.  I would have your urine tested and cultured, and urethral cultures for gonorrhea and chlamydia should be taken.

If negative, another consideration would be a prostate infection.  A digital rectal examination and prostatic massage can also be performed to evaluate the prostate.

If the infectious route is not revealing, then anatomical considerations such as urethral stricture or urethral polyps can be evaluated via cystoscopy.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
