Slight bleeding/pain during urination

Earlier I had to urinate really badly and ended up pinching it off for a few seconds while getting to a washroom.  While pinching it off my body tried to force it out and I felt kind of a sharp pain.  When I urinated there was a little trickle of blood in it.  I have since urinated again and there was a slight pain and little trickle of blood again.  This was all due to pinching the head of the penis.  It seems to be minor and I am thinking it will go away in a couple days after what I am guessing to be a small tear heals up but I thought I better make sure there is nothing major to worry about.

I was physically pinching it off trying to make it to the washroom(long story...).  That is the cause.

An update:

Today there was still some discomfort when urinating.  The first couple times were fine other then the discomfort.  I just recently had to go quite badly though and the extra pressure/flow induced a drop of blood by the end of urination.

It is not serious bleeding at all.  At most there were just a few drops worth of blood the very first time, in 4 urinations since only twice have there been a drop or 2 total.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in. Probably you have injured the urethra, and there is mild bleeding. Also I would like to know whether the inability to pass urine when the urge to pass is present, does happen frequently or not?
If this happening frequently then you need find out the cause which could be a stone in the urinary tract or urethral stricture.
Consult a urologist for physical examination of the tear in the urethra and also get a ultrasound with cystoscopy to find out the cause.
Best.
