Slightest arousal causes pre ejaculate leakeage

Hi

I had undergone a pyeloplasty operation in 2009 and had a catheter inserted into my penis into the bladder to drain urine. This was taken out a few days after the surgery.

I have noticed a very embarrassing problem since then and it only happens around women I am attracted to. Whenever I get an erection I notice a large amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid gushing down the shaft of the penis and discharging into my briefs/boxers.

This never used to happen when I was around women I was attracted to and could hold an erection for a long period of time without ever witnessing any pre-ejaculatory fluid release, causing no visual wetness of the trousers I was wearing. I do realise that pre-ejaculatory fluid is normal but before this surgery this was never an issue compared to the large volume of discharge I am experiencing now.

I have suffered this condition for a long time and I am very embarrassed and nervous to visit my GP/Doctor to investigate further, which is why I am asking on here.

What could be the problem?
