Small puss bump on shaft of my penis and swollen urethral meatus

Ok here is my problem.  About a year ago this month I noticed that when I retracted my foreskin and looked on the right side of my shaft. i could see a white colour under the skin that was not raised. I thought it might be a white head and tried to pop it. I popped it and puss came out in a string like a white head. I left it and a month later i looked again and noticed it was back and repeated the process only this time i wanted to make a small hole for it all to come through. So when I popped it I used a diabetes little pin i use to pop zits on my face (probably bad idea) again white string of puss comes out when i pinch the area. Now for the past year I have a little bump <2mm and I have been able to push puss out every 2 months.  It won't go away this tiny bump thing. I have been worried it was HPV wart and have seen my family doctor and dermatologist. I explained what i did to both of them and they said its not hpv (although before explaining to my family doc what i did before he said it was a wart, and the dermatologist said it was nothing).  The very first time I popped it i had the area swabbed and tested I thought it might be a std. The first test the doctors said there was bacteria there and I asked what kind and they said they don't know.

So thats a relief that my dermatologist said it was nothing but its still there after a year. So I still freak out thinking its HPV.

What is this thing why does it keep pussing did i scar myself with that needle?

Now another thing i have is on my meatus of my urethral  opening. On the very tip toward the bottom it became swollen up back in june almost 8 months after my original problem and for two days i had discharge that didn't have a smell. It remains swollen but i don't know if swollen is the right word for it. Its like its protruding and its only 1/4 of my meatus toward the bottom. i haven't had discharge at all except those 2 days.  All my std tests where negative and I had a urine culture.

I think I will see a urologist but anything anyone could tell me will really help. Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms are suggestive of a sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

No treatment other than warm compresses is needed but if they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care & please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts.
