Small spot on head of penis

Hi. I am worried about a spot on the head of my penis. It has been there as long as i can remember and the more i look at it the more it bothers me. The spot looks like a small blood blister. If you leave the foreskin pulled back and leave it for a while,the spot will change colors on one side like the rest of the skin,why just one side? Maybe just due to drying of skin,i don't really know. I am uncircunsized and would really like for someone to help, It does not hurt or anything but it just looked weird. Please help.

How are you? Spots on the head and shaft of penis can occur due to STD’s, sweat glands, hair follicles, psoriasis, fordyce spots, warts etc.
Physical examination is important to come to a conclusion. As, there are no other accompanying symptoms and it is not enlarging, so I, think it could be a sweat gland or a fordyce spot. Consult a urologist for further confirmation and assistance on treatment.
