Hi, i'm 18 and have noticed recently that some small white-ish coloured lumps (about 1-2mm in diameter) have started appearing around the 'mouth' of my penis. I was wondering what it may be and whether it would be harmful. They don't hurt at all. I do masturbate often if it helps at all with the diagnosis. Please reply soon as it is worrying me greatly. Thanks.

I cannot diagnose your condition over the computer without a sexual history and a physical examination. Your description could be any of a number of things and guessing about your health would do you a disservice. I would suggest seeing your family doctor for a full evaluation particularly if you have concerns about a sexual encounter. He or she could tell you if you have a sexually transmitted disease or a normal variant.
