Something like welt

Hi. I am 23 years old and four months ago I found something like welt under the skin of my penis right next to the crown. it is about 15mm long and 5 mm wide. It disappeared again (or at least I forgot about it) until last week when I noticed it again and it is still there. I examined it and it looks like to be some kind of accumulation of vein but it is somehow brighter and whiter than vein. i suspect it is due to my technique if masturbation. I put a lot of pressure on my penis to avoid ejaculation and this accumulation is exactly between my fingers. It has no pain and i can distinguish narrow vein-like lines in it. I've attached a photo for you to have a better look. I also need to add i still have no problem and everything (erection, ejaculation, urination) is as healthy as before.

I feel my case is very much like these two cases:

Do you think I have Lymphangiectasia? What should I do?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like dermatitis and raised skin rather than a welt and if it becomes painful then the possibility of Mondor’s disease should be ruled out. It is superficial thrombophlebitis of the penis. This is an inflammatory reaction to a clot within the vein. This subsequently causes blockages and dilation of the vein. It is typically painless, but can be painful.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello. Thank you very much. It disappeared again but I am pretty sure what you say is true. It was a bit painful when was disappearing. You have been a great help and I appreciate your honest answer. Now everything is as before. There is but one thing. Every time I have ejaculation it feels like some of the semen is still in my penis and cannot go out. I went to the doctor and said you have urinary infection and he gave me Ciprofloxacin 500 to use for 10 days. I doubt what you say is true and this is not a urinary infection. What do you suppose I should do?
