Sperm Sterilized?

My wife and I are trying to have a baby and have been trying for about 3 months and I belive we are having sex at the right times. When we are finished with sex I usually put a diaper on because I seem to wet myself during the night (not a full void). Is it possible that the diaper is causing my sperm to become sterilized from me wearing disposable diapers at night? I know the diaper holds in my body heat and I only wear one after sex while sleeping (6-7 hours). When she is ovulating we have sex multiple days in a row with me wearing a diaper every night before I go to bed. (We usually have sex in the evening before bed.) Should I give up the diaper and try something else? My bladder works fine during the day and also during the night when we don't have sex and everything else works fine during sex. I mentioned the problem to a medical porfessional and they said it was Noctural Eurenesis.

I am not aware of a diaper leading the sterilization of sperm.  

If there is concern about the viability of the sperm, you may want to undertake a sperm analysis.  It can test for the following traits:

* Measurement of semen volume and pH
* Microscopy for debris and agglutination
* Assessment of sperm concentration, motility, and morphology
* Sperm leukocyte count
* Search for immature germ cells.

If those tests are negative, you can consider more specialized sperm testing - looking for sperm antibodies, sperm cultures and semen biochemistry.

These options can be discussed with a urology referral.
