Spermatic Cord Swelling

My left Spermatic cord is swollen. It's swollen to about half the size of my testicle. It's been there, very slowly growing, for about 2 years now. I didn't notice it until about a year and a half ago, but I'm sure it's been there longer. It's starting to make me worry, seeing that it's not going to go away on its own. Theres no pain, but recently I started to feel a little ache that comes and goes.
