Sphincter and incontinence

  I have developed incontinence.  I have had all the tests and
  have been told my sphincter is at 30power.  I have had one
  collagen injection, I am still leaking.  I do the exercises
  and have had this problem for eight months. I had bladder
  surgery over a year ago, is this all related. I never have any
  dry time.  Is there anything more that can be done?  Also I
  have no sensation that this leaking is taking place until I am
  very wet.

Have you been diagnosed with  mostly stress or urge incontinence.  I am not familiar with  the term
