Hi,
How are you? Semen leakage may be attribiuted to a variety of issues such as a weak parasympathetic nerve, prostatitis and other urological conditions. The presence of stone may be an indirect cause of the prostatitis. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.
