Its happened recently and there's a little pain added to it. When I ejaculate, I don't seem to release as much semen as usual; very little infact. It also feels 'blocked'; the urethra or something down there and I'm just not sure what it is.
Recently I had some sort of infection I took betnovate to get rid of a skin infection on my penis, but it seems to have come back slightly red. Also, I have a very long hesitation in urinating; like 15 secs to start and need to go very often.
I'm young only 21 and there's no documented history of prostate cancer within the family, but I have a bad feeling that I'm getting benign prostate enlargement or something. I hope someone can clarify these concerns for me.
