The pictures aren't in good enough resolution to make a definitive diagnosis. Folliculitis or a cyst can cause similar lesions. If it is the former, antibiotics can be considered, and if it is the latter, it can be drained by a surgeon.
I would have it looked at by your physician. If there continues to be a question as to what it is, a biopsy can be arranged for a more definitive diagnosis.
