Sudden urge incontinence with no other symptoms, what's wrong??

About a week ago I noticed a strange twitch or spasm in what I think is my urethral area.  It happened all of a sudden and has been happening almost every day for the past week, however, it happens infrequently throughout the day.  I stay at home so I am frequently at the computer and I sit on a hard chair for hours at a time.  Could this be causing the spasm?  Also the weather is really hot these days (around 100 degrees) and we have no air conditioning.  I think muscles relax in heat so maybe this combined with the hard seat have caused my muscles in that area to weaken?  I don't have any pain on urination but I feel like if I drink something it comes out immediately.  I'm a bit concerned about this being neurological because my father has Multiple Sclerosis and I know that incontinence can be a symptom.  However, I haven't experienced any real leakage, it just feels like it's about to come out but the muscle immediately holds it back in.  Any ideas as to what could be the cause?  An UTI maybe?  A pinched nerve?  It normally only happens when sitting, not standing or lying down and it happens during the day, no problems at night.  Any ideas would be appreciated as I don't have access to a doctor at this time.  Thank you!

try sitting on a pillow, or with ur legs elevated and maybe take a cooler shower periodicly if you get to hot?? It might help if it is a pinched nerve if it was a UTI your urine would be yellow or cloudy and u could have to frequently pee. good luck.
