Sudden varied urologic problems

Hello,
I'm a 20 year old, sexually active male and I've been having some urologic difficulties that occurred suddenly nearly a week ago.
The problems started after I had drank a lot of fluids one night, and had a very full bladder. Attempting to void the bladder was difficult, and I had to strain a bit. Almost immediately after voiding, I experienced a tingling, burning, pressure-like sensation at the end of my urethra.
The next morning, I had extreme difficulty starting a urine stream, a weak urine stream, a constant feeling of the need to urinate, urinary frequency, and a tingling, burning at the tip of the urethra as well as general urethral discomfort.
I promptly went to a GP that day, and he prescribed me some doxycycline for what he thought was bacterial urethritis. No enlargement of the prostate was observable in the digital prostate exam.

I've been on a twice daily dosage of doxycycline for six days now, and the symptoms have not alleviated very much.
I've had on and off pain in the groin, testes, perineum, and penis over the last few days. I've had a sensation of "something" being at the very end of my urethra, as well as a nearly constant urge to void, even though the bladder seems empty. I've also had a tender and somewhat distended lower abdomen. My penis also has suddenly become slightly bent in a flaccid and erect state.
I'll occasionally experience a sharp pain along the bottom of the penis up into the base near the testes, as well as spasms at the end of the penis that feel like fluid may be voided from the tip.
I am able to void the bladder, but it is more difficult than normal, the stream is still fairly weak, and I feel like I must do this every two hours or less. I rarely feel as though I've completely emptied the bladder.

The lab results from my STD test and urine test showed no signs of bacterial infection, blood, or STDs.

I'm concerned that I have somehow ruptured something internally, have a urethral stricture, or damaged something that caused these problems.
Have I somehow inflammed my prostate through my episode of voiding uncoordinated with my bladder sphincter?

I have a simular problem and in my case I have several sharp stones. my urine tract is sore and tender like these sharp stones are cutting into the tract. I tried to help the stones exit from my penis and I believe I may have cut the tract or ruptured it. I now have several stones that will not exit the penis and are collecting in the penis and groin area. at least that is what it feels like. these stones are sharp and collect and clot and seem to follow or be in vessels that flow towards the rectal area.i can move them with manipulation tho there has been only one spot of blood that was in my underwear.. I have seen two doctors and neither one could feel any stones and I think they believe I am imagining this. I am 61 years old and have never passed stones before, so I dont know how that is supposed to  feel.  I have had 4 heart attacts and triple bypass. I take several medications for that. I also take allopurinol and have read that crystals can form in the blood. I am tired of this pain and problem.  aso tired of doctors that wont listen and shrug this off without any help.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!

There is a possibility of a stone or multiple small stones obstructing the flow of the urine. A CT san or ultrasound of the lower abdomen should be able to diagnose that. A urethral stricture too can cause such problems. You may need an IVP (a type of X-ray done with the help of a dye) to diagnose that.
Please discuss this with your doctor and get yourself investigated accordingly. Do let me know if there is any thing else you want to know and please keep me posted. Take care!
