Suddent Penis Curve and Unstability - Not PD

Please help me out here guys,
I first noticed my problem 3-4 Months ago. My problem started out with mild swelling on the right side of my shaft. I noticed this years ago when I would masterbate too much. Before I would just stop for a while and the swelling would go down. This time since the swelling was minimal I ignored it and kept masturbating for a week or so.  All of a sudden one morning the swelling was huge! During erections my penis was extremely hard I even got stretch marks on the right side of the shaft. After a few days the swelling went down a little bit and although my penis still has swelling on the right side just like in the beginning. This hasnt gone away whatssoever. Also, when I flex my penis to pee it doesn't go up and down anymore. It just twists left. When I do get an erection I cannot turn it to the right since it will not allow me, but if I try and turn it to the left it feels as if nothing is stopping me. When my penis is flaccid it will hang toward the left much more than usual, my base looks tiny, and my right side of my penis is swelled more.

I don't ever remember injuring my penis via blunt trauma or any pain like that. I do masturbate without lube and was wondering if that was it? I don't see how but maybe. I have gone to several doctors and some cant figure out what is wrong. They checked me for PD but they said I do not have it because there are symptoms that I have that doesn't have anything to do with PD and they cannot find any plaque whatsoever.

Please help me out here! If anyone is going through the same thing please let me know!
