Hi,
You could be having a urinary tract infection.
Another possibility is that you could have contracted a STD.
An infection of the prostate gland could also manifest with some of the symptoms you have described.
You will be required to have a urinalysis and tests for STD to rule out infection.
Additionally if prostate involvement is suspected, your urologist may perform a digital rectal exam to check for prostate inflammation and this may be followed by a prostate ultrasound.
In the interim, practise safe sex, drink plenty of fluids, avoid prostate irritants, such as caffeine, alcohol, and citrus juices, avoid sitting for prolonged durations, and sit on well-padded surfaces only.
Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.
Regards
You might want to check into prostatitis; I have it now and am going through the same symptoms. The doctor that replied to my comment hit me up with this link. Might shed some light.
