Swollen testicle w/ mild pain

About a month ago I was wearing a pair of jeans that were a little too small. When I sat down at work I could tell they were very tight in the crouch. I sat for about an hour and when I stood up I had this pain in my left testicle and this bad pulling feeling right above my scrotum. This continued any time I sat down and backup the rest of the night. I also had some pain in my right testicle and right below it where my leg meets the trunk. After I got home the pain was much less and almost gone so i didn't think much about it. Since then my left testicle has become swollen with occasinal pain. I have also had some pain in both legs and the inguinal area along with my lower back on left side. I do not have an lumps or bulges that I can find and I don't have any trouble urinating. I can't get in to see my doctor until next week. Please tell me what to expect and what my problem might be. Thanks

Imaging the testicle should be done to rule out torsion, fluid, or a cyst.
Obtaining urine tests can be done to rule out infection. I would also investigate the prostate to exclude inflammation or infection there as well.
An ultrasound would be the appropriate test and can be discussed with your personal physician, or in conjunction with a urology referral.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
