Symptoms after passing kidney stone!

With the normal tests thus far, it would be unlikely that cancer is present.  

However, the most comprehensive test would be the cystoscopy - and there are cases where the IVP missed something that the cystoscopy caught.  

I would also consider prostate problems - a transrectal ultrasound can be considered to further image the prostate for any masses that can lead to blood in the urine.

The normal kidney ultrasound would make intrinsic kidney disease less likely.  

If everything remains negative except for the stone on CT - it can still certainly cause symptoms.  If it is present, the urologist can consider lithotripsy or other options to break it up.  

These options can be discussed with your urologist or personal physician.
