Taken many antibiotics yet still having UTI symptoms and epididymitis what is wrong?

About a month ago i started getting symptoms of a UTI and needed to frequently urinate, therefore went to my GP. They did a urine test strip and came back positive, therefore was given specific antibiotics. The symptoms did not go away so i returned and a retest showed the infection was not present anymore, however because of the symptoms i was given another antibiotic, this helped however symptoms of epididymitis  became present. So tests for STD's and other infections were carried out and was given some more antibiotics for those symptoms. However, the symptoms are still present after a total of 4 weeks on antibiotics and all result came back negative. What could this be?
