Ok so for the past 2 months I have been dealing with testicle pain firstly in my left now it is my right. I'll start off by explaining how it started with my left side. So I was lying in bed when I realised my testicle was horizontal angle not handing straight down like the other, so I thought I'd place it back in the right position. 10 Minutes later I forgot which way was the right way and had twisted left and right so many times I didn't know and started getting pains in my left testicle. Went to ER 2 or 3 times, was sent another hospital in ambulance thought I was going to lose my testicle etc etc. Anyways the doctor said it was fine, it was tortioned. I may have had partial tortion but it fixed itself and I was just left with soreness.
So eventually this left testicle stopped hurting, but then the right one started hurting a few days later. I haven't a clue why, is it just coincidence or is it related I'm not sure how it could be related to my left testicle pain. So since then 2 months have passed I have had STI tests, ultrasounds, been on about a months worth of antibiotics in case it was an infection. Still I have the same pain, it comes and goes throughout the day depending what position my testicles are I in I think.
The doctors keep trying to tell me everything is fine, when it really isn't because I know how my testicles are support to feel and work. I'm 21 and I know them well. This is just a stab in the dark at what I think is causing it. Basically I have a couple of cysts on the sperm tubes off my right testicle, I've had these a while though however I feel like it could be related. I get pains in my lower abdomen as well, so i thought it could be the ligaments that hold my testicles up. Since I have had this pain my right testicle seems to elevate a lot more than usual, more than the left like there not in sync like they use to be.
When I have sex with my girlfriend my right one literally goes half inside me (Not sure how to explain it, but your testicles can slot back up where they came out lol) now yes this has happened before but it was very rare, but it happens every time and it hurts when they go up there like its pressing on something (Maybe the cysts? Not sure when I touch them they hurt a little but not that much).
Also just a couple days ago when the pain started getting quite bad again I realised when I ejaculated my first shot is always clear fluid no sperm, then the rest of the shots have sperm in them maybe another might be clear. So I feel like my cysts are blocking the sperm from leaving my right testicle causing pressure and pain because of it. But I'm not sure if this is the only thing wrong due to my lower right side abdominal pain and my right testicle seeming to elevate all the time.
I have read all online some other people have the same problem and the doctors don't really know what it is and just say your fine, take some pain killers. Nah I'd rather be fixed, than have to take a drug to fix the pain.
