I will suggest not to ignore it and get consulted by a urologist and maybe you’ll need a scrotal ultrasound and find out the underlying cause of it. There’s a possibility of a part of your testis getting damaged resulting in the dent or there may be a collection of blood which is known as hematoma and the dent may actually be in the hematoma.
