Testicle lump

It has been atleast two years since I have been familiar with a lump that is on the back of my right testicle. Nothing has changed about it, but I find that more recently I have been having more of an urge to urinate, especially at night, and when I go it will sometimes feel that I need to go again five minutes later. The lump is pea sized and when I am standing it seems to be directly in the back of my testicle where the epididymis might be found. I have no discomfort or pains anywhere. Sometimes it takes me longer to find it than others, and sometimes it seems that it has moved to the side.

Cysts, hydrocele, varicocele as well as testicular cancer can all be considered.
The most reasonable initial test for evaluation would be a scrotal ultrasound.
I would have this test done to evaluate the lesion, as well as an evaluation by a urologist.
Urine tests can also be done to rule out infection.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
