Cysts, hydrocele,
varicocele as well as testicular cancer can all be considered.
The most reasonable initial test for evaluation would be a scrotal ultrasound.
I would have this test done to evaluate the lesion, as well as an evaluation by a urologist.
Urine tests can also be done to rule out infection.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
