Testicle pain lasting almost 3 months HELP!

I've had testicular discomfort for almost 3 months. I was doing a new workout for about 4 months when I had a pain on my right side of my stomach that felt like a hernia. I woke up the next day with epididymis pain. The doctor put me on doxycycline and it seemed to help but it came back again. I went to the doctors 2 more times in a span of 6 weeks. Still no improvement. The doctor ruled out an epididymitis and said that everything felt normal in my scrotum and that there were no signs of a hernia. He referred me to a urologist where they did and ultra sound which came back normal, but they thought they saw a vericocele, they ordered a CT scan which showed no vericocele but it did show a very small hernia on my left side. The urologist said that it wasn't the cause and that the new workout program must've caused a muscle strain. It's been almost a month since I saw the doctor and I'm still having pains primarily in my right testicle/epididymis....I don't know what to do??? I think it could be something else possibly a blocked valve or a nerve issue.  Any suggestions???? I'm seriously desperately to find out how to get better:( The pain also radiates in my inner thigh and I get stomach discomfort too. The shaft of the penis also feels sore too. More so after intercourse/ejaculation.

Went to a PT and found out that this wasn't what was causing the pain. My iliopsoas was fine. Still don't know what's wrong and I'm still in pain. It's going on 7 months and I'm seriously lost:( my family doctor put me on an anti depressant/anti anxiety medication because he thinks it's all in my head! I wish it was because I could just shut it off.

Groin pull from tight psoas or iliopsoas muscle.  There are specific exercises for this, so a personal trainer who is very educated in this or a physical therapist could help you, but you'd need a referral for that.  Or at least go on Youtube and google stretches for groin pull, psoas, iliopsoas.

You may be exercising in an imbalanced way.  Happens to many athletes.
