Testicles giving off A LOT of heat
Two days ago the end of my urethra felt tingly as if there was some kind of pressure. This progressed in a constant feeling of needing to urinate. The next day the tingling turned into a slight burning sensation. However, today the end of my urethra seems to have gone back to normal. My main concern is with the heat emanating from my testicles. This started yesterday. There is an unreal amount of heat coming off of my testicles. I have no idea what it is and it is pretty scary.
