Testicles shrinking

Hello,
Both of my testes seem to be shrinking. It feels like the inside of the testicle is shrinking and leaving excess flesh on exterior (not scrotum). It is almost as if the testicle is being deflated. I checked and it is not the epididymis that I am feeling. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
