Testicular/Lower abdomial(abdominal) pain

I am experiencing pain in my right testicle and also in the lower abdomin (abdomen) on the same side. This testicle also hangs higher than my left. It always has. I've checked myself for lumps and don't find any. I've thought that I might have a hernia but there is no bulg anywhere. It seems like my testicle may be twisted because it dosent' sit in my scrotum at the same angle as my other testicle.

No, the testis is not twisted as that would cause swelling and is a medical emergency. Some pain can cause contraction of muscles and hence the testicle appears to be higher. Pain in testicle could be due to infection, like prostatitis, epididymitis or orchitis. Get a culture sensitivity test for both semen and urine done. Only orchitis will present with some redness and swelling in the testicular area. Also it could be due to referred pain of kidney stones. In your case its likely to be this. An ultrasound of the lower abdomen will be able to rule out kidney stones. It could be due to cancer of testis. It could be due to varicocele or spermatocele. An ultrasound of the testicles will diagnose cancer, varicocele and spermatocele.
