Testicular shape after hydrocele surgery

Hi,

I'm a 22 year old male, and a 2 to 3 years ago I had a hydrocele on my left testicle (quite a large one), i went through the surgery and had it drained along with having a tube left in for a day or so to allow more draining. Since then my testicle has always been quite alot larger then the other. It's oddly shaped as well I had it checked a few years ago and was told that there wasn't anything wrong but its been bothering me lately. Its a lot longer then the other and it feels harder then my right testicle. Could there be a possibility that theres still liquid build up inside? I haven't noticied an increase in size lately. Just wanted to know if its usual for the testicle to remain larger also a possibility of the shape being alittle different after the surgery. I had a rather large hydrocele so it might be due to my parts being stretched alittle more then they should my result in the odd shape.

Just wanted someone elses opinion on this.

Thanks.
