Time required to metabolise Arginine
I take Viagra occaisionally as I suffer from ED (I'm 26, male, and generally healthy).

I recently started taking a multi-vitamin package from GNC which contains L-Arginine.  I understand that there could potentially be an additive effect as L-Arginine is one of the Essential Amino Acids required to produce NOH, while Viagra interacts with the enzyme that causes the breakdown of NOH.

I'm currently interested in finding out how long it takes Ariginine administered orally (2000 mg/dose, 3/day for a total of 6g) to be metabolized by the body to avoid any augmented effects on blood pressure due to an increased spike in NOH.

Regards,
