As I've started examining my penis closer lately, I've discovered some things. i'm a 31 year old, circumcised, sexually active male. I've noticed these tiny bumps on my circumcision scar line. They're very small, probably smaller than 1 mm each. They're basically only around the circumcision scar line on the underside of my penis where the scar is more visible and wrinkles up in a flacid state. When the skin is stretched flat, they sort of look like tiny grains of sand. In some areas they cluster more together, while in others are barely noticeable. They don't really look like any of the picture I've seen of genital warts, but where they cluster together it got me a little paranoid they might be. I guess they are flesh colored or more whitish in color (if I were to say they have a color). Thanks for any input.
What you describe may well be changes from small sutures that were used to hold the skin together when you were circumcised, especially if you were not circumcised in the newborn period. Your description certainly does not sound consistent with warts (or anything about which to be concerned).
