Tiny pink mass at urethral opening

Tiny pink mass at urethral opening

Hello. About a month and a half ago, I had an ejaculation where, for the first time in my life, the semen was laced with a little blood. The problem has not returned, nor do I worry about it, but when it happened I noticed a tiny little pink mass on the inside of my urethral opening. It is NOT painful, nor has it interfered in any way except for the fact that I can see it when I gently pull apart the opening of my penis.

It appears to be soft tissue and is located at the bottom of the urethral opening, the part facing the ground. The slightly raised mass is a little more noticeable after I ejaculate. For all I know it may have been there all the while, but I'm not so sure. For peace of mind, I'm curious what this could possibly be?

Thank you.

I would be concerned that this may be a genital wart (condyloma accuminata). This needs to be checked out by a urologist. Condyloma are usually sexually transmitted and therefore you should refrain from unprotected sexual acivity of ANY KIND until you know what is happening.
