Tip of penis/ urethra hurts, can someone help?

Okay, the tip of my penis/ urethra hurts when it rubs against my boxers. Its pretty red too... I took a urine test and everything came out okay. What can be the problem? I heard a lot about kidney stones, but i drink a lot of water and green tea. Could it be accutane? My doc said i could keep using it though after the urine test but idk....

Thank you so much for answering! What d'you think are the chances of me having a prostate problem? I'm 18, if that helps...and days before the pain i told you about, i noticed <1 drop of blood in my ejaculation (no pain) for like a wk but its gone now...

How severe can it get in order for me to consult a doctor? This started recently....the first time it hurt was when i was in bed and i had an erection and it rubbed against my boxers and it hurt. During school it didnt bother me but then when i played tennis (and wearing kinda tight shorts not track short but you know). It bled a little too (<1 drop). All of that was in one day. After that its been okay (been like  but today in the morning it hurt a little. i wore very loose shorts and i was ok...

BTW i take accutane, they take blood tests every month and the doc said everything was normal too. I think they also check 1+ of my organs but idk which ones.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to friction rub or chafing. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a  urologist and get other possibilities like urethritis, prostate causes ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
